What is coaching?

Coaching gives you a chance to be clear about:

  • what you want and how you will achieve it
  • what you need to change
  • how you will make decisions/ move forward
  • what you will do to overcome obstacles and set-backs

whether it’s work related or something in your personal life (and very often they can be linked), coaching offers the space to talk, explore, look at things with fresh eyes and get support while you make changes.
